Store-More offers both standard and climate-controlled units, being both heated in winter and cooled in summer. Humidity is also regulated to protect against fluctuating external conditions. This stability is critical to the long-term maintenance of wood, leather, paper and electronic items. We highly recommend a climate-controlled unit when such items are to be stored.
Store-More offers four basic unit types; 5x10, 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20.
* 5x10 unit (50 square feet) is comparable to a walk-in closet and will hold a studio or small one bedroom apartment, including a couch, chair, chest of drawers, mattress set, boxes and small items. Capacity is about 100 file boxes. Our current rate is $45.00 per month for a standard unit of this size or $65.00 for climate control.
* 10x10 unit (100 square feet) is comparable to an average size bedroom. It will hold the standard furnishings from a one bedroom apartment with a refrigerator or washer and dryer, pus boxes and small items. Capacity is about 200 file boxes. Our current rate is $65.00 per month for a standard unit of this size or $95.00 for climate control.
* 10x15 unit (150 square feet) is comparable to a large bedroom and will hold the furnishings form a two or three bedroom apartment, even that of a small house without appliances, plus cartons and small items. As an alternative, the space may hold a small car or boat. Our current rate is $85.00 per month for a standard unit of this size or $120.00 for climate control.
* 10x20 unit (200 square feet) is comparable to a small, one-car garage. It can hold the furnishings from a small house or two/three bedroom apartment with appliances or a car or truck. Our current rate is $95.00 per month for a standard unit of this size or $145.00 for climate control.
